January Drawing challenge theme – Illustration inspired by famous artist.
Happy Monday ! I can’t believe that we are nearly half way through the month of January. For this year, I decided to set myself few drawing challenges and for the month of January the theme is illustration inspired by famous artist. Inspired by Pablo Picasso’s style I decided to do a self- portrait of myself. I love Picasso’s bold lines. This is myself in my illustration mode ready to start drawing. I am holding my pencil and gazing into inspiration. For this self-portrait, I tried using acrylic paint, ink and graphic pens. What is your inspiration? I would love to hear from you.

Thank you Hazel! I do enjoy illustrating . I am planning to write and illustrate a picture book this year.. finger crossed. I do miss the gallery as well. Hopefully we will get the vaccine soon. Hope you are well.
