Chihuahua.. a toy or is it a dog?

Continuing again with my dog character illustration is the Chihuahua. They are the world’s smallest breed dog. They can easily be passed as a child’s toy because of their compact size! Chihuahua loves to be cuddled and always thrive human companionship. They are mostly considered to be close to one person and will be very possessive about this.

Chihuahua dogs were originated from Mexico. It was told that the Chihuahua were descended from Techichi, a companion dog that was widely present in the Toltec civilisation of Mexico. There have been remains found of a small dog in the west Mexico shaft tomb tradition that goes back as much as 300 B.C. The Toltecs had conquered the Mayans and they were one of the first to domesticate the Techichi. They brought them home as pets and in some cases used them for religious purpose as well.

The Chihuahua are the best lap dogs because of their fragile built and height. Chihuahua are not good in extreme cold. They does not have a fat layer on them or a heavy dense coat. After reading some of Chihuahua features, I come up with a character called Princess Boogle. She is a Dog Influencer and has a huge followers on her Doggistagram account. Princess Boogle loves making videos and posts about dog grooming tips and the latest dog fashion. She is wearing the latest pink jumper and socks made from Alpaca Wool. She has a purple and pink hair fringe. Princess Boogle human companion is also a Social Media Influencer. Her name is Lady Bling Bling, a makeup and beauty guru who loves shopping and anything that is pink in colour.
